Inventory
We carry out a detailed inventory of the existing infrastructure and verify all critical elements affecting safety. During the audit we use LiDAR scanning, detection with GPR, metal detectors and equipment for locating installations in walls and floors. With these tools, it is possible to accurately map and create a complete route map of the pipelines.
Evaluation
We draw up a comprehensive report that includes a description of the current condition of the medical gas pipeline system, together with a risk analysis of adverse events according to the chosen method and a review of technical documentation and equipment for compliance with current legislation. The evaluation also includes a detailed financial analysis of the feasibility of renovating, upgrading or repairing the existing MGPS.
Documentation
We offer the implementation of complete documentation for managing the operation of the medical gas pipeline system, integrated with the hospital's current quality management systems. The scope of activities includes the study of the competencies required for the various positions, trainings in the periodic activities related to the operation of the system, as well as the development of safety procedures and procedures to be followed in the event of system failures.
